The other day I drove Jeremy to school. On the way there the bus was following us and he said to me, "Mom, a boy on the bus said girls are gross." I asked him in reply, "Do you think girls are gross?" To which Jeremy responded with much appreciation and an emphatic tone, "No, I think girls are beautiful."
He really does and always has. One day I will hate it but right now I love my little boy who flirted with waitresses from his high chair and really does appreciate beautiful women. He has a sweet spirit. I hope one day he finds a beautiful woman whose beauty is more than skin deep.
