Jeremy went outside to play earlier today with my nephew Joey. They came back in because there were spiders and Jeremy did not want to play with spiders. I reassured him that he could play outside tomorrow by telling him that someone is coming tomorrow to kill the spiders and he responded, "Spiderman is coming?" I tried to explain that it was just a man to kill the spiders but he is convinced Spiderman is coming to our house. The Terminix guy is going to be a huge disappointment!!
Terminix was called today after I looked down as I was washing my hair yesterday and saw that I had a spider taking my shower with me. As if that wasn't bad enough, I opened the door to the garage this morning and came face to face with the biggest black widow I have ever seen in my life!! Apparently the spider felt my door jam was a great location for it's new web. I screamed like a sissy girl and my 71 year old mother came to the rescue. The black widow dropped to our pile of shoes and disappeared. I returned from the hospital a couple of hours later to the great news that my mom had located the black widow and "sent it to the spirit world."
